Join us for a special Mommy & Me Pilates Class led by Abby; a certified Pilates & yoga instructor and mom of three.
What to expect:
A 1-hour guided flow featuring Pilates-based exercises, followed by light yoga and stretching to leave you feeling refreshed, recharged, and strong. No experience needed! After class, enjoy a complimentary, specially curated drink, and let your littles stay and play.
