Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How does Little World maintain cleanliness?

All play areas and equipment are cleaned and sanitized daily, and high-touch surfaces are disinfected regularly throughout the day. Caregivers are also encouraged to use hand sanitizer and wash hands before and after play.
Q: What ages is Little World suitable for?
A: Our play areas are designed for children aged 0–8. The infant area is for children 18 months and under, while Mini-Town is best for children 18 months and older, with a recommended age of 2–6 years. Caregivers and older siblings are always welcome. See our "Policies" page for more information.
Q: Do I need to stay with my children?
A: You do not have to stay directly with your child while they play. You are welcome to use the café, but you must ensure that you can see and supervise your child at all times. You cannot leave the building if your children remain inside. See our "Supervision Policy" under the "Policies" tab for more information on this.
Q: Are there membership options?

Q: How does Little World maintain safety?
A: All play areas are inspected by a certified inspector, with capacity determined by the fire department. Daily safety checks are performed, and staff address any hazards immediately. We also have a zero tolerance policy to any type of aggressive behavior within the play café. Guests may be asked to leave if they cannot comply.
Q: Is there a limit to how many can attend at once?
Q: Do I need to make a reservation?
A: We kindly ask that no more than three adult guests accompany one child. This is because we have limited capacity and charge only the children and not the adults. An additional adult guests may be subject to $5 fee per guest if the café is busy and close to capacity limits.
A: No, you do not need to make a reservation or book a time slot. We are a drop-in play style centre.
Q: Can I come to get a drink if I do not have children?
A: Yes, you absolutely can! Our café is thoughtfully designed to be separate from our play area so you are more than welcome to come enjoy the café space even if you do not have children. Please note, if you are not accompanying a child, you cannot gain access to the play area.
