Know Before 

Conduct: 

• Please mind your language as there are little ears all around. 

• Please treat our toys, equipment, space and staff with respect. 

• Children must be supervised by their caregivers at all times.

Play Area: 

• All guests who wish to use our play area must sign a waiver before entering. You can do this online before visiting to save time. Create an account with us then selecting "My Waiver" on the dropdown menu to fill out and sign. 

• Children must be supervised by their caregivers at all times.​

• Shoes are not permitted in our play area, and socks are required by both caregivers and children. The floors can be slippery, so we highly recommend grippy socks. Both regular and grippy socks can be purchased at the counter. 

• We are a screen-free a low stimulation environment. We ask that any media is played through headphones only.

• Toys must remain in the play area and are not permitted in the lounge or café. 

• Our older friends are never permitted in the infant area. All toys from the infant area must remain there and no big toys are permitted in the infant area. 

• No pushing, hitting, running, climbing, throwing, biting or rough play.

Food & Drink: 

• Caregivers are welcome to have their drinks in the play area, but our little friends are asked to only have their water. Littles can enjoy any other drinks in the lounge or café.

• No drinks from outside establishments (i.e. Tim Hortons, McDonalds, other cafés) are permitted.

• We are a nut-free facility and do not allow nuts of any kind into our space.  

• Food items must be consumed in lounge or café areas to prevent choking and maintain cleanliness.
